Oops! I forgot to save it!
Have you ever accidentally clicked “No” when Word has prompted you to save your document? Now, Word will save your changes anyway, just in case. When you open your document later and realize what happened, recovering those edits is just a few clicks away (it actually remembers your last auto-save, not your document at the time of closing it).
1. Close the document without saving the changes.
2. Open the document again.
3. Go to File | Info | Manage Versions and choose the unsaved version to recover
