He obviously told me about a large amount of money that I couldn't afford to spend, but to my surprise he offered to come see him in order to participate in a free personal introductory session. in training.

So I came to Los Angeles and met the trainer in his gym. He looked perfect, the kind of handsome guy you see on TV. He most certainly had to practice what he was teaching. Anyway, we talked about my weight loss goal and what I was planning to do to get there, and he explained to me that he could help me achieve it without a problem. He revealed to me that he knew of a secret diet that he had been following to celebrities and professional athletes for years, allowing them to lose more than 5 pounds per week. The bad news was that if I wanted to take this 10-session course, it would cost me $ 500 per session, which would add up to $ 5,000 in total. I just couldn't afford it.

As I was leaving, I noticed a business card on the coach's desk, with 3 words written on it. I immediately started the diet. There weren't that many changes to make. The diet did not require me to starve myself or to do intensive exercises. In fact, I barely noticed I was on a diet!
